Dear Diary,
for my calendar photo shoot I went to CUBA! It was amazing. The country, the people, the beaches, not so much the food, but everything else was incredible. I was gone from November 1-8 and went to Veradero. The first day there we didn't do any shooting because we had to explore the resort and figure out where we were going to do everything. In case you were wondering, yes, we shared a room, and yes it was a smoking hot FEMALE photographer ;)
The next morning we got up bright and early, before sunrise and headed out to the beach. Little did we know that because it's a little cooler in the morning there was a total mosquito infestation!!! We were both eaten alive and had to cut the shoot a little short. After we ran back to the room, changed and headed to the restaurant for breakfast. Later in the day we stayed by the pool working on our tans and drinking fun fruity drinks like pina coladas, daiquiris, and mojitos. At about 4pm it was time to head back to the room to do hair and make up and hit the beach.......with bug spray. It was absolutely beautiful. Not a single cloud in the sky, a light breeze, the sun was setting so nicely. I swear the pictures look fake! after a few hours of shooting and about 1,000 pictures we were starving!!! We went back to the room, got all gussied up in our dresses and had a lobster feast...with about 1/2 bottle of rum he he ;) We were feeling so frisky after shooting such sexy bikini pictures on the beach and all that rum we couldn't help but flirt with each other... and maybe a little more...we got back to the room at about 10:30pm and were giggling, smacking each other's asses and then kissing. Lots of kissing, french kissing...then rubbing each other's bodies and grabbing breasts. Then i started kissing her neck and slipping her slinky dress off her body, she of course did the same to me...
Because we had so much fun the first night we ended up sleeping in and loosing the sunrise to shoot. Damn. It was another stunning day in Cuba. Not too hot, not too humid and not a cloud in the sky, along with a nice breeze. Again we had a repeat of the day before of sitting by the pool and drinking all day till about 4pm when we had to go back to the room and get ready for shooting.
We followed this routine almost every day until the last 2 days because of Hurricane Ida. The hurricane was said to be on track to Cuba which of course, brought awful weather. Wind so strong it would blow Chola away, literally. Torrential rains that flooded parts of the resort. It wasn't that bad though because we just stayed inside and shot lingerie and shower pics for 2 days...and watched a few movies too...well, tried to. We kept getting distracted with each other....like how she would twirl my hair around her finger and tickle my back, or how I would hold her close and rest my head on her chest, which obviously lead to us fooling around!
Anyways, Cuba was incredible and I had SO much fun shooting my calendar and I hope that all of you who purchased it enjoy the pics as much as i enjoyed making them. Sounds like you had a great time Mina (especially in the hotel room!). Can't wait to see the calender. Maybe you could release 2. One of your photoshoot pics, and one of all the in room candid activity.
