Hi everyone!
I'm so excited to tell you that I'm staying in the most beautiful chalet in Park City Utah for Sundance Film Festival! I'm here with all my friends from NYC, theres like 12 of us in this monstrosity of a house lol!
My trip here was exhausting!!! I had to wake up at 4am in Toronto because it was an international flight (so i had to be at the airport 2 hours early) my flight left at 7:15 and was 4 hours to Pheonix, with a 30 minute layover. During the 4 hour flight, I tried my hardest to get even a little bit of sleep...no chance of that happening with some dude snoring SO LOUD that nobody on the plane had a chance of sleeping. (Good thing I got a video of it to show you! - which I'll have to add later) Also, there was so little leg room that i couldnt even cross my legs :( I had tried booking first class but they were sold out...LAME! So once I got to Pheonix, I only had to wait a few minutes to board the next plane, which had so much room, that I was practically lying down in my seat :D I managed to sleep for about 30 minutes...I landed in Salt Lake City, Utah at like 2ish and had to wait because my driver was late from traffic...its ok though, there was free WiFi at the airport so I made that cute little video for you guys and by the time i checked my emails and such, he was already there! The drive from the airport to the chalet was about an hour...And the most beautiful hour might I add...for those of you who havent been to Utah before, its stunning. Breath taking. No words can describe the view here. The mountains are all around me with their pretty white peaks and everything is blanketed with fresh fluffy white untouched snow...and theres big flakey snow falling from the sky like in a movie, so pretty that you cant help but always be in a good mood :)
Thats my little update for right now but I'll be sure to tell you more later!
Love always,
Mina

Awesomeness. Can't wait to see pics of Utah (you'd better have taken some!!), I've heard it's incredible. Gotta say, you had to get out of bed at 4am this morning? No way would I be blogging, I'd be passed out for sure. I don't know where you get your energy from, but can you bottle it and send me some? ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I followed you on here... twitter just doesn't give the whole story, yano? :)
Enjoy it up there. I know I would.
Rob
Hun, just around the corner from salt lake city. I live in north salt lake city. I watch the jets going in and out of salt lake city airport from the house here. Anyway, enjoy your stay. Kind of wished I would had a chance to meet you live and in person. Maybe some other time. As for the mountains and the snow, that's why I came back here, I missed it. <3 ;-]
ReplyDeleteMina enjoy your trip! and I watch some videos, to enjoy the journey with you.
