Violent Torpedo Of Truth REVIEW

So last night I was somehow convinced to go see Charlie Sheen do his "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour here in Toronto at Vincent Massey Hall. The show was scheduled to start at 8pm but I didn't get there till almost 8:30, which turned out to be perfect timing because he was late himself :/
I don't personally like when people are tardy, rock star, actor, whatever the hell you are, people expect punctuality.
Anyways, he had Russell Peters, a Canadian comedian (YouTube him, hes SO funny) with him through the entire show, and you soon learn why. Without Russell, or anyone really, he's boring as hell. Russell was really the back bone of the show, without him, he would have had another Detroit disaster happen.
The show was mostly about him speaking candidly about all the issues in the media and his take on them. He spoke about the New York incident, Brooke Mueller, Two and a Half Men, movie rolls he had passed up.
Charlie himself, didn't look too good. You can clearly see he's a sick man and needs medication to stabilize him. During the show they had him on the big screen behind and you could see that he was shaking most of the time...like literally vibrating.
A lot of people were heckling, yelling things, and even throwing things at him on stage! He was hit in the head with a quarter while he was auctioning off a signed jersey.
I didn't get a chance to catch it, but he was on stage when he learned that Brooke hadn't showed up for her drug test, granting him custody of his 2 boys. After he learned that news he was clearly in another place...which isn't a bad thing, it shows he still really cares about his kids.

If i were you, I wouldn't waste my money to go see this show. I was fortunate enough to go for free and I wish I could get my 2 hours back.

Oh well...I hope this video gives you an idea of what to expect.
